Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Radar Growth website and the services we provide. By using our website or asking us to build a website for you, you agree to these Terms.

1. What we do

Radar Growth designs and builds new websites for local businesses. Our offering is a complete website plus your first full year of hosting and maintenance for a one-time price of $500. From the second year, hosting and maintenance renew at $300 per year. The only optional extras are a logo we design for you ($50, one time) and a new domain bought at cost (see section 6). A logo you send us is placed free. There are no other fees.

2. You see your site before you pay

After we talk, we build your site and publish it at a live address so you can see it before paying anything. Until you pay, we change it as you ask until you are happy with it. If you decide not to go ahead, the site is taken down and you owe nothing.

3. Payment

When you decide to keep your site, we email you one secure payment link, which takes card or bank transfer. The launch price is paid once. Nothing is ever charged automatically: we remind you before your renewal date, and you pay the renewal only if you choose to renew.

4. 14-day money-back guarantee

If you change your mind within 14 days of your payment, tell us and we refund it in full. No questions asked.

5. Changes after you pay

Reasonable changes to your site are included during your first year. Just email us what you want changed.

6. Domains

Your radargrowth.com address is free, and connecting a domain you already own is free. If you want a brand-new domain, we buy it for you at cost: the registrar’s price plus the card processing fee our payment provider charges on it, with no margin of ours. You get the first-year price and the yearly renewal price before we buy anything, and we buy nothing until you approve them. Domain renewals are billed yearly, separately from hosting.

7. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about your business.
• Confirm you have the rights to any materials you give us to use (text, images, logos).
• Tell us about the changes you want so we can keep your site right.

8. What is yours

Your site, its content, your photos and your business details belong to you, and so does your domain: if you ever leave us, we transfer it to your own account free of charge, whenever you ask. We may show your site in our portfolio and marketing unless you ask us in writing not to. Third-party components (such as fonts or stock assets) remain subject to their own licenses.

9. If you don’t renew

We remind you before your renewal date, and your site stays online for 30 days past it. After that it comes offline, and we hand over your site files if you want them.

10. Communications consent

By submitting our form, you agree that we may contact you by phone and email about your website and our services. You can opt out at any time. See our Privacy Policy for details.

11. Disclaimers

Our services are provided “as is.” We work hard to build effective websites, but we do not guarantee specific traffic, rankings, leads, or revenue outcomes, as these depend on many factors outside our control.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Radar Growth is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to our services will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim.

13. Ending our work together

You can stop at any time. Before you pay, you owe nothing; after you pay, the money-back guarantee in section 4 and the renewal terms in section 9 apply. Sections that by their nature should survive (such as ownership, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) continue to apply.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the current version. Continued use of our website after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
